The Commercial/Ag Lending Associate is intended to provide foundational training and experience in loan servicing and credit analysis within the commercial, agricultural and consumer lending functions. This position will be in the Earlville branch. In this position, you may have access to confidential information about accounts and customers. This position is full-time.

Mortgage Officer
Dyersville
The Mortgage Lender is responsible for originating, evaluating, and closing consumer and residential real estate loans in compliance with Community Savings Bank policies and secondary market investor guidelines. This role involves generating mortgage loan volume through established referral sources, community involvement, and proactive client engagement. The Mortgage Lender will guide customers through the lending process, analyze creditworthiness, and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant loan documentation from origination through closing. This position will be in the Dyersville branch. In this position, you may have access to confidential information about accounts and customers. This position is full-time.
