Client Service Associate - Marion
You are responsible for creating, building, and maintaining customer relationships. Community Savings Bank employs specific customer acquisition and growth strategies that are crucial to the Banks success and must be abided by for continued employment. You will conduct financial transactions between customers and the Bank, handle routine customer inquiries and problems and maintain favorable customer and employee relations by performing various duties.
You will need to protect the privacy and confidentiality of customers, other employees, and work. VP Commercial Ag Lending - Dyersville
The Vice President of Commercial and Ag Lending is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships in alignment with Community Savings Bank’s business strategies. This role entails originating, underwriting, and closing a range of secured and unsecured loans—including commercial, agriculture, real estate, and retail—while ensuring compliance with lending objectives and institutional policies. The position plays a critical part in customer acquisition, retention, and overall growth.
