Part-time Customer Service Associate - Float
Robins, Marion & Cedar Rapids.
Customer Service Associates are the face of the bank, responsible for providing exceptional service by greeting customers warmly in person, on the phone and via internet channels. This role includes processing transactions efficiently, maintaining accuracy and promoting bank products and services to meet customer needs while fostering lasting relationships.
This position may work in multiple branches within the region, including but not limited to Robins, Marion & Cedar Rapids.
