Client Service Associate - Full-Time

In the Client Service Associate position, you are responsible for creating, building, and maintaining customer relationships. You will conduct financial transactions between customers and the Bank, handle routine customer inquiries and problems and maintain favorable customer and employee relations by performing various duties. In this position, you may have access to confidential information about accounts and customers. This position is full-time and will be located in our Dyersville office.
You will need to protect the privacy and confidentiality of customers, other employees, and work. Community Savings Bank employs specific customer acquisition and growth strategies that are crucial to the Banks success and must be abided by for continued employment.
